2. Description of Service
Translera is an AI-powered translation service that helps developers localize their applications. Our Service provides: • Context-aware translation of localization files • Support for multiple file formats (JSON, ARB, XLIFF, Properties) • Translation to 30+ languages • A credit-based system using "translation keys"
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Translation Keys and Payments
Our Service operates on a credit system called "translation keys": • Translation keys are purchased in packages and do not expire • 1 translation key = 1 localization entry translated to 1 language • Payments are processed securely through Iyzico • All purchases are final, subject to our refund policy • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions: • Full refund for unused translation keys within 14 days of purchase • Prorated refund for partially used keys within 14 days of purchase • Refunds for technical issues preventing service usage • Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Upload malicious code or files • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization • Use the Service to translate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content. By using our Service: • You grant us a limited license to process your files for translation purposes • We do not claim ownership of your translated content • Our Service, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may: • Perform maintenance with or without notice • Modify or discontinue features • Suspend accounts that violate these Terms We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service • We are not responsible for translation accuracy in all contexts
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
